The second portion of your dues were due on April 1. Please get them in ASAP if you have not done so already. If you are experiencing a hardship, please notify MJS to set up an arrangement.
All hands are needed – even if just for a few minutes – to help clean up the pool and get it ready for use. We are opening earlier this year to enjoy the weather and all who help clean can begin swimming on Clean-up Day!
For those that are unable to help with the pool clean-up day, the pool will be opened on April 22. Please contact MJS if you’ve paid your dues and have not yet received your pool tags and code.
Our Olde Saluda Fall Festival will be held the Sunday before Halloween – October 28th – from 2:00pm to 4:30pm. We will host crafts, snacks, and a costume contest. Judging for the contest will be at 2:30 and hot dogs will be served at 3:30. Don’t forget to RSVP to let us know how many in your party will be eating with us and how many will be participating in the costume contest (please provide age as well).
Last year was a big success…. we hope to see you there!
Come join your neighbors at the Cabana as we enjoy this beautiful weather. There will be s’mores, facepainting, tattoos and firepits as we enjoy a relaxing evening. Festivities are set to begin at 7pm. Bring your own lawn chairs and we’ll see you there!
The pool is opening on May 1, but come help clean up the area with your neighbors on Saturday, April 27! We are meeting at 9am to work together on a few small projects. With our group, this won’t take long, so even if you can only devote a few minutes of your time, please come join us. Also, those who help are able to enjoy the pool early!
It’s that time of year again and HoA Board has lined up a great opportunity to get fresh straw delivered in front of your house for a price ($3.75/bale) that is hard to beat. The deadline to order is May 9, but can be handled with a simple phone call. Please take a look at the link below to take advantage of this!
